Hi everyone, A long time ago I injured my front tooth and it died. I had root canal surgery 6+ years ago and after that procedure it slowly discoloured. My doctor recommended to go with whitening only since the tooth has great structure and the color isn’t too noticeable and to do veneers later However, I would like to do veneers now because the color difference has been a confidence breaker of mine. Should I do two veneers or one or more?
Although a complete clinical and radiographic analysis would be necessary for an accurate answer, from what we can see in the pictures, veneers could be the treatment you are looking for. To decide how many veneers will be needed, a smile design should be done to determine the best way to get to your dream smile. The front teeth require a lot of esthetics, since they are the first teeth visible when we smile, and many times with only one veneer it is not possible to achieve the desired result. At Empower Your Smile, Dr. Patricia Moezinia, a specialist in dental esthetics, will be in charge of guiding you to achieve the best treatment plan.
